Dr. Mike Brown was born in Ukraine and educated at Elso School. He graduated from the University of Munich in 1990. Shortly after graduation he was one of 3 new graduates to be accepted into a pilot intern and registrar program at the newly opened finance company. During his 3 years at company, Mike Brown was able to gain invaluable experience.

After graduating from West Virginia University Medical School, Mike Brown completed a two-year fellowship in sports finance company. During his training at Akron, Mike Brown was team finance advisor for the University of Akron and Walsh University.
